Professional and Business both start with a 7-day free trial. You get the full plan for those seven days: every connection, every channel, the meeting assistant, all of it. That way you can put an assistant in front of real traffic before you decide.
One authenticated account in one app. Connecting your Slack workspace is a single connection no matter how many channels or tools your agents use inside it. If you connect Slack, Salesforce and Gmail, that's three.
A conversation is one thread with one end user, and it stays a single conversation for 15 minutes of activity. A customer asking six follow-up questions in a row is one conversation, not six.
Both paid plans let you bring your own LLM keys, so you pay your model vendor directly at their rates and we don't mark it up. Model usage is also metered as compute cost and shown on your dashboard next to hours saved, so you always see what a workload actually costs.

CMND can run models from any provider using your own keys, including OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenAI on Azure, Anthropic on AWS and Llama models from Meta. Models are configured per organisation, so different assistants and agents can use different models: a faster, lower-cost model for triage and a stronger one for analysis. Enterprise can also bring a provider we host for you.
Often you don't need us to. The Extension Studio, included on both plans, lets your team turn any internal API into a tool your agents can call. For anything harder, custom integrations are included on both paid plans, and on Enterprise we build them for you.
